Conference Terms and Conditions

As a ticket purchaser and registered attendee of the 3rd National Election Integrity Conference, you agree to the following:

REGISTRATION DATES

Early Bird registration will be accepted before 12:00 am on Tuesday, October 1, 2019. Thereafter, standard registration fees will apply.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All purchased tickets are non-refundable.

PAYMENT

We securely process all online advance ticket purchases using PayPal. Our website does not store personal and billing information. Purchaser’s information is securely transferred to PayPal by means of SSL encryption (https:).

PRIVACY POLICY

By providing your name and email address during the online payment process, you consent to be contacted by email in relation to this and future events of this type. You may opt out at any time by emailing the conference manager at events@nvrtf.org or electronically opting out of our newsletters.

Your name and email address are important to us. We promise to keep them confidential and not send you spam. All electronic forms of communication will be related to voting rights.

TERMS OF ATTENDANCE

We expect all attendees to speak and act courteously, to use a normal tone of voice, and respect other’s personal space. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

PRESS

Reporters and press agents should announce themselves at the reception table, give their contact information, and not interrupt the normal flow of the conference, nor the talks of speakers and panels. As members of the audience, they may ask questions during normal periods of Q and A, and interview consenting individual speakers and panelists when and where this causes no interruption of the normal flow of the conference.

CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY

Attendees are advised that photographs and filming will be taken by conference organizers and their agents, during the conference, and produced for livestream and reproduced for promotional purposes. Attendees are permitted to take photographs and video, unless a panelist or conference agent verbally indicates not to do so.

EVENT CHANGES, CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT

This event will not be cancelled nor postponed unless an “act of god” intercedes. Changes in schedule and speakers may arise as speakers’ time, health, and circumstances occur, and as long as all technical components work as expected.
